What's Cooking Wednesday #11

Better late than never :) I've been under the weather this week, and so I had to dig through my photos to come up with something super yummy to share. This week I took my What's Cooking Wednesday recipe from the Kraft magazine...Creamy Crab and Red Pepper Dip






Ingredients:



1 tub cream cheese (I used Philadelphia light)

1 can of crab meat

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper

2 green onions, thinly sliced



Mix all of the ingredients together and chill for 1 hour. Serve on baguettes or with crackers.

Super easy and super yummy!!!
